E-HomeAffairs - OTP not being received

New Tread . I have been trying to get my daughter's ID since may. I have been to home affairs three times. Every time it kicks her ID number out of the system. They have tried to assist at the branches (2) I visited. I have tried to register her online , but it refuses to register her, error...
