I received yet another bill. They don't even attempt to make contact to discuss this with me. They just IGNORE me.
Same thing here. They phoned me on Friday and offered to upgrade my (now suspended and handed-over) ADSL line to Vuma Fibre.. I told them it was actually supposed to be CANCELLED 8 months ago.. What the hell?! Telkom really is clueless and delusional.
