    Yes dependant on a "favourable police clearance" and no it does not say im responsible for it, but they phone me to say i must get one

    Hi guys, I recently signed an offer of employment at a local municipality in western cape, and they now want a police clearance, the issue is i was arrested last year for dui, the case is still pending, can they withdraw the offer even though i have not been convicted
