maybe try saturation training.
instead of doing front delt , front delt, front delt, front delt, for sets. do front delt , rear delt, top delt, as supersets.
I like to do thissly :
get a bench or chair.
1 set =
12 seated side lateral raises
12 seated reverse flies
12 seated front...
this gave me motivation , Pushed a bit today for back , 180kg I got 7 reps with good form and a little bit of crying. So deadlift gonna try again in 2 weeks. I'll hope for 190 for 8.

haha. Yeah I see guys die twice on the bench almost daily. What works for me (I hope its right) , is I pick the dumbells up in a standing position , weights just above the knee. Then I sit down with the weights on my leg, adjust grip and so on, get comfortable and psych up. Then , this is hard...
