    I'm on Openserve (Umgeni Park KZN) 200mb down/100mb up and am unable to even sign in on my friends list on steam. International seems completely unusable. Local sites seem fine.

    My result on Openserve 200/100 (Umgeni Park). Result is similar for different locations, Cool Ideas in JHB gives about 120mbps download.
