Yip happened to me. Waited for a week to get sorted, because my isp and vumareach insisted theres nothing wrong with my line and i supposed to be active. Eventually the installer called me and informed me that my ont configuration settings is wrong and they will fix it remotely from joburg.- xtacy

Telkom FUP cap errors
The telkom android app is also messed up.. This afternoon my usage showed 407,2gb then tonight it showed 293gb....i also checked this afternoon on the telkom portal on my pc and it showed i used 362gb and tonight it went back to 245,4 gb...
