    Correct, I meant to say now connected. The previous tenant was using WebAfrica, I am now on Cool Ideas. I was trying to play Overwatch. Which is impossible to play on that high ping. I have not tested other games at this stage due to the lack of time. There is also a noticeable loading time...

    Yes, I got that feedback weeks ago, but no one could provide me with any useful feedback till i posted this post. Anyways, I am not connected and still frustrated. I am trying to enjoy an evening of gaming but my ping is over 500ms. My download speeds don't go over 60mbs on a 80/80 package...

    I told my girlfriend on the night we moved in that we will get our internet up quickly as I knew how quickly they had helped in the past. It's now 2 weeks later, we don't bring it up anymore till I get the confirmation email with router details.
