Have you been to Home Affairs recently?
I went to Home Affairs last month in Johannesburg to apply for the new smart ID but was turned away because their elevators weren't working. I'm a paraplegic so you see why I would need an elevator to get to their 7th floor. They refused to come down and assist me on the ground floor, instead...- yamiword
