    The mouse button is ruled as physical damage even though it was barely used. Its not ruining the user experience and i dont have the energy to fight for it anymore. Just glad I didn’t have to pay a cent and the battery is now replaced!!

    Update: They replaced my battery and i have my laptop back. Thank guys! The mouse left click wasn’t repaired but the button still works but at least I got something out of my warranty!!

    @Jan could we please make some noise about this problem as I don’t think it will go anywhere without extra help. Seems like countless people have been robbed by platinum warranty and I don’t want to let them win.
