Hmm you must have gotten lucky then, when I looked last week they only had the older anova model in 220V, not the nano. Also I specifically didnt want the old one as there are many reports online of steam getting inside and frying the circuit board. Oh well, I'm very happy with mine
Any of you perhaps tried a pork belly in one of these? Last time I tried pork belly using the grill the crackling came out rock hard and so was near inedible
I've been roasting my own for a couple years now, its really not difficult to obtain consistantly great results.
1) Popcorn Machine +- R150 from clicks/game etc
2) A sieve to contain the chaff
3) Green beans (initially I bought from the coffee shop down the road from me, but now I just get it...
