It looks like the linking and smart shopper points issues are sorted.
My wife got a new card recently which wasnt linked on day one. We swiped both her original blue card and the new card now and it shows same points. She was an original smart shopper prior to tyme so it seems all is good now...
If you guys still have your blue cards then just keep that for existing points and May's points. Cash that out and then use the new allocated number. My wife did this and just ignored the linking issue now.

My wife having the same issues as above now. Her card just randomly stopped working. Got a new one, the better version. But now she has a new smart shopper number to start all over again with.

Been relatively hassle free for me so far as well, touch wood.
Got my card first time within 3mins. Numbers are not rubbing off. Efts from my other bank clears same day. Happy user of the service as a second account. One failed transaction that Wednesday when they were offline but refunded...
Geez, well done. You should probably also add the interest benefit.
I received my points this morning as well, so service levels definately improving. Last month it took two weeks.
Tyme needs to get to 2m customers!
