MFN came out and could not fix the issue… they tried multiple different accounts and re-provisioned the port multiple times also… the engineers could only get 350 down and the full 500up… on a Gb line…
Apparently they will do more testing internally and get back to me … all while I wait and...
At leasat your getting to 700+ Mbps , My average is around 580Mbps no matter what time off the day i test. 2am , 4am , 7am , 10 am etc speed directly from the ONT never goes over 600Mbps ....
I so fed up with this issue now, starting of the 3rd month since I upgraded and still not getting close to the speed I’m paying for… CI keeps saying they escalating the issue with MFN and MFN keeps saying do another speed test…
Real annoying….. what do I do next ???
KZN upgrade was done on Wednesday, and the problem still persists. My upload speed has now gone from 250 to 500 ….. still not get anywhere close 1000 on the download…
