    Also, in order to get the Netflix App to manually be in sync, set your tv audio delay to max (25) and the denon receiver audio delay to 500ms (also max) that fixes the audio sync issue when using passthrough. The only issue now is... all other content used through ARC like youtube will be out of...

    Problem is i cant hear my back surround channels actually playing audio. If i set to passthrough its def playing native 5.1 surround sound (but with a massive audio delay), and if i set my tv to Dolby Digital Plus i think its just PCM stereo coming through.

    I just got my 4k Denon receiver and have the exact same issue. I hope this is solved further down this thread line!
