    Ahh, my apologies. You are correct sir...but technically if the battery is charged when you run out of fuel, you can still drive on battery for a short while.

    The electric motor is used to reduce fuel consumption as a hybrid while driving, but can be used on full EV mode. Thus, not a backup for running out of petrol per se...but if you only have charge left without petrol, then sure....

    Yes, sadly the max range is only available on the top specs...AWD models, and at that price, you might as well trhow in all the nice to haves... If you scale it down to all the "inlcuded" options with just pilot assist pack added, you still end up at 80k....eish.
