    7% increase Emigration is resulting in a shortage of skills and larger increases than before. Savings = 30% of gross Bond 20% Entertainment = 15%

    So its still tax free if you contribute more than R350k a year but you only get the benefit at retirement if you stick to 27.5% annually? Not sure what the benefit is as you can invest the excess over R350k and pay CGT rather than income tax
