23-year-old woman who is trapped in the body of an EIGHT-YEAR-OLD girl introduces her parents to a new love interest

Film and Publications Act:

Child pornography means any image, however created, or any description or presentation of a person, real or simulated, who is, or who is depicted or described or presented as being, under the age of 18 years, of an explicit or sexual nature, whether such image or description or presentation is intended to stimulate erotic or aesthetic feelings or not, including any such image or description of such person
Possess a nude photo of her and you can be arrested in SA.

Edit:

The Films and Publications Act, 1996 defines “child pornography” as any image, real or simulated, however created, depicting a person who is or who is shown as being under the age of 18 years, engaged in sexual conduct or a display of genitals which amounts to sexual exploitation, or participating in, or assisting another person to engage in sexual conduct which amounts to sexual exploitation or degradation of children.
No, if she's 19 and nude by default she is been depicted as a person she is at the age she's at.

What has that got to do with who she dates?

But let's go down this rabbit hole, just put a caption of her age on the photo and if queried refer them to all the media articles wrt her age.

You can put as many captions as you like on her. If she looks underage, she's jailbait. Even some anime falls under this law in SA as it's a depiction.

Are you aware that the law says possessing an image of a minor or a person that appears to be a minor are the same?
Firstly you said possessing an image. Then you quote the Film and Publications act. The film and publications act isn't the law. I'd appreciate you posting the relevant law that says that.

Yeah so if I'm making a movie I can't employ a 20y/o who in the movie says:
"But stepmom, I'm only 15!".
I can't depict an underage person egnaging in sex etc.

There is no law against you having nude pics of you 19yr old gf looking like a 13yr old. She's not underage therefore not illegal.

What I did find weird back in the day, there a couple of occasions were I couldn't take my eyes of a girls who to me looked like girls in High School, yet I couldn't take my eyes off. I definitely was WTF is wrong with me and concerned that I was suddenly turning into a pedo.

The weird thing on all those occasions I eventually found out that those girls were in their 20s. Subconsciously my mind could tell that those girls weren't underage

It isn't? What is an act to you then?

In SA you cant make a porn movie with someone that appears to be under 18.

And a legal opinion:

Online pornography originating in South Africa is technically illegal. The reasons for this are the difficulty of age-verification and the requirement that pornography only be distributed from designated, licensed physical premises.

The trick here is that under the Film and Publications Act 1996, only pornographic content originating from a website hosted in South Africa is prohibited, whilst pornographic films and photographs originating from different countries are entirely legal.
