So if the judge is from Boksburg many teenager looks like 30 year olds from anywhere will be able to charge an actual 30 year old woman for distributing child porn because in his mind this 30 year woman looks to be the same age as teenage Boksburger?

Come on. That act governs film and publications. That has nothing to do with what people keep on their phones. We weren't talking about making movies. You explicity said:

There is no such law. Such a law would would basically render legal age useless and we go on perception/looks in which case you shagging your gf would basically be statutory rape "because she looks like a minor"...

Or pictures of your own kids, nephews etc. The Film & Publications board has fkall to do with that. Not sure how this is even an argument.

Why do you say that?

Actors play characters younger than themselves all the time.

If you had a flat chested 18 year old playing the part of the 4 year old, where there is a nude/sex scene then its a problem. That's what this rule is about.
