What I meant is I don’t know anyone that is actively trying to dodge taxes. Avoid, sure, but people I know have their house in order. For the most part and don’t need lingering admin to make life more complicated.

Tax dodging isn't tax evasion. Dodging/avoiding is legal, evasion isn't. You have to be silly to not dodge taxes whenever possible.
