In his State of the Nation Address, President Ramaphosa provided an update on the progress of his “action plan to address the energy crisis” but neglected a problem with this plan - the lack of grid capacity.

No he didn’t neglect the problem because there was never an actual plan if the first place, he was just telling us what he knows we wanted to hear. Last I checked Ramaphopho was a politician.
