Personally, basing on the reaction of the females the most romantic thing you can do is just make an off the cuff random observation/comment about her that she perceives as one the best compliments she ever received. Even if you make it clear to her that what said was an observation and not a compliment, whatever you were doing before that is over and it's time to get busy and if you are really lucky, she'll suck your dick like it's the greatest privilege she could have.

Honestly though you have no idea what comment will trigger this behavior, and it only really works once. Mentioning that "compliment" again will at best make her blush.
