Namib has proper electricity and a funky digital nomad visa. Namib > SA.

Look at Joburg while the ANC was in opposition. They sit and blame the ruling coalition for the problems they created, and the less-than-bright members of society swallow it up.

And then take the new, better (coalition) municipality to court to try to worm their way back so that they can fark things up more - as they did here in PE
