The DA should have stuck to their guns, instead they are taking the position that they have, but also not have, called on Ramaphosa to declare the Act. No matter how they rub it, they can’t have the Act any other way other than with guidelines.

This position they have taken they now want to prove in the courts by declaring parts unconstitutional. They better have good arguments otherwise this exercise will damage them. We can't change Acts on the go; it is a process. The ANC totally outplayed them on this one.
