More businesses are semigrating to Cape Town

Has Cape Town check its water & power& transport reserves to see if acceptance is feasible longer term, thinking about taxpayers paying to have water for years-?

They’ve changed tack - the new mayor has a distinctly socialist slant. Wants to direct the bulk of ratepayer‘s money to the non-ratepaying. Sounds more like he wants redistribution at all costs.

Of course, if infrastructure in affluent areas starts being neglected and the place starts looking like Joburg, the northern influx will come to a grinding halt and so ultimately will all that nice ratepayer money and the jobs those evil rich people create. But anyhoo, seems like we’re doomed to repeat the same folly in perpetuity.

The bulk of the rate payers` money is already being spent on social programs, so they will double down on this. CPT follows PE`s path, but the disaster will be more intense because of the size difference of the population. SA cities are failing, and CPT is lagging, but follows the same fate.

Shame, poor 'businesses'.... running into another trap....
