Problem is you'll be 70 when they finally move out.I only decided to have kids later in life (38) so I have a bit of perspective on both sides I think.
There is no way to accurately describe the way having your kid hug you and tell you he loves you makes you feel.
Also... if you don't want kids, and don't have them this will not bother you in the least.
It is a matter of not even coming close to knowing what you are missing. And I hope I convey this correctly, because I don't think either choice is wrong.
