Have to agree with this sentiment. Although there's a lot of hate for the justice system, corruption etc.. Taking matters in your own hands comes with severe consequences (not just externally but internally as well). Those 2 saved that guy from potentially a world of hurt. I would not show that cop/drunk person any sympathy but let the system do its thing and don't let an already awful situation degenerate further.

Looking at how he was getting up and falling down repeatedly, I'm assuming he got out the car after the accident, realizing what just happened, walking towards the back of the car and just stumbled down. Man the guy looks completely sloshed, but then again, it could also be a concussion.
