Are people not having issues yet getting interest payments and withdrawing their capital, is it still pretty quiet in that regard on social media?

No it's not, If it just dies quietly with people losing money then it opens the door for more rug pulls like these. We need them to go down with a bang in flames! Example needs to be made.

FBK's continue operations and Jerome being made an example are two different things...

If FBK dies like this now, then it's 11 mil lost for victims, if FBK continues, then its going to be 11 + x mil of lost for victims, just because FBK stop its operations, it doesn't means Jerome can't be prosecuted for fraud, and in the same sense, if FBK continue to operate, it doesn't mean Jerome will be prosecuted.

Realistically speaking, if he really has residency in Dubai, it's probably going to be hard to get him, since Dubai and SA has no extradition treaty afaik, so the best scenario is really for FBK to stop now, limit the losses while the police or prosecutors makes a plan to prosecute him.
