Why would I , I dont stay in Gugulethu. But I have seen the Education department putting kids ( who live in townships ) in schools far away from their home and kids who stay outside teh townships in township schools.

This is actually a good thing, It gives them more exposure instead of just doing everything in the township. Education doesn't only happen in the class room.

Former finance minister Tito Mboweni's call for white South Africans to join the ANC has tongues wagging on social media.

Mboweni stirred up debate at the weekend when he asked why the majority of white South Africans were “not nonracial”.

“I ask this question fully cognisant of the avalanche of negative responses. Why are the majority of white South Africans not nonracial? Join the ANC,” he exclaimed.

He is absolutely correct. There is no other political party for SA.

Get into and behind the party, expand your social network, and SA could shine.

Shake off the inherent pessimism and rise above the personal hatreds, jealousy, bitter and habitual skepticism. It's like a contagion among the capable educated, who are actually in a better circumstance than the vast majority.
