Tito Mboweni tells white South Africans to join the ANC

well...
the anc is for black people.
all their rules and policies are for black people, and against white people.
they preach it loud and proud for all to see, as if their racism is just.
I disagree
If you changed that statement to
" the anc is for a few elite black people. at the expense of all other people ( white /black / indian etc ) "
The ANC doesnt give a **** about the broader electorite. Not even those who vote for them.
then I might agree with you .

does not change the fact that their rules and policies are for black people and explicitly against white people

therefor the anc is for black people

the anc is not for white people.

I'd vote for:
  • No corruption
  • No cadre deployment (best person for the job, irrespective of race or creed, ESPECIALLY in government positions!)
  • No state interference
  • No racism (any flavour/direction thereof)
  • Consistent and actual service delivery by organs of state at any level
  • Real job creation
  • Investor friendly economy
  • (Pretty sure the list is near non-exhaustive), so ...

If Tito can convince that (all not some!) of the above is actually happening NOW (No ifs or buts or excepts: so no it being imminent / in the near future / we have a plan [to plan... / any other euphemism for "we do not"), I'd put them on the list of of parties to consider. Does not mean they'll get a high priority, more like going from nowhere to the bottom of the B or C list

Who will you vote for

A lot of people don't vote for the ANC because of corruption but the corrupt National Party did continously win elections and it got votes from somewhere.
There aren't many people alive any longer that actually experienced an election involving the NP and that number is shrinking day by day.

I've personally never experienced such an election. First time I voted the DA was already a well established party.

What Apartheid did was a terrible thing, however, as I've mentioned countless times, they did maintain infrastructure to prevent a country-wide collapse, this much cannot be denied. The ANC has failed to do that. The NP may very well have been corrupt, I reckon all governments are a little corrupt, however this ANC government is so corrupt that it's basically paralysed when it comes to performing the duties of a government. So much money is stolen that there's nothing left in the end to do anything constructive with, and nobody with the skills and drive to make those constructive things happen.

Why should anybody pay taxes to a state that gives nothing in return?

Why should anybody pay taxes to a state that gives nothing in return?

And this is teh crux of the problem sars is facing as well.

Before people just paid taxes etc because it was teh right thing to do and did not actively to try legally limit what they paid

Nowadays people are ACTIVELY looking to see how they can LEGALLY limit the amount of taxes they pay.

Gosh, the Dutchmen are raging this morning. Always angry.
And this is all you still have....

"If I insult Dutchmen, I'll seem cool and with it and everyone will ignore the fact that I have zero stance of my own. Then I can double down on "rage" and "triggered", before scurrying back under the fridge."

Any South African getting called a Dutchman by the likes of you, will see it as a great compliment, as it's coming from the weakest of the weak: those that virtue signal on other's behalf and treat it like a cool hobby for a woke Whitey to have.
