Russia deemed it strategically essential to demolish Mariupol so - I still deem it morally essential to denounce Russia's actions in the strongest terms.
And they've lied enough that nothing they say can change that. That's just how trust and mistrust works. And I consider it morally critical to be unmovable on this stance.

This thread is gold!

You do know that Transnistria is not a country, but a part of Moldova? And Moldova is free to invite Ukrainian forces if they wish to, to help them get rid of invaders.

Moldova want's to join the west and NATO, so they will have to sort out their occupied territories sooner or later.
And Transnistria has already voted and indicated they wish to secede from Moldova and join Russia years ago by 97%. They are majority Russian and Ukrainian and do not wish to be part of Moldova. There is also a legal agreement in place that Russia can station forces there and are the main peacekeeping force.

But I suppose your wisdom trumps all that since you said it's ok for Moldova to invite Ukraine to invade.

But whether legally or illegally it would open an interesting can of worms because if Russia destroyed the munitions then it would likely destroy everything in about 50km radius. And if Russia took out the rail and roads then it would lose it's strategic advantage to Ukraine as well.

On the other hand, Russia could also use it as a reason for major escalation and it would serve a massive purpose to unite the Russian people even further. I agree with quite a few people that Ukraine trying to invade would be a bug mistake and they should rather focus on trying to get a peace deal done before China starts sending arms.

haha. Its so cool how history can now easily be rewritten in a matter of Months. Sometimes weeks, and often times even days. It seems humans have finally devolved to completely forget anything and everything not suiting their "own"(programmed) narrative.

Russia did not want to negotiate.
Best fake news now real news and the only truth ive seen in a while.

Wonder whats next? Russia blew up their own pipeline. Oh wait... um.

And yet you still believe the US and anything they say. Hypocrite much?

FYI, Russia is busy rebuilding Mariupol or have you just decided to ignore all those reports?
