We are in Craighall Park, 8.7kWp PV fed in to a 8kw SunSynk inverter...

We have made 20.1kWh so far.

Today, on my 4.36kWp array, have generated 9.3kW and it's still generating 419w right now.

I saw today, by coincidence, it was generating 5.3kw of energy thanks to cloud edge effect.

Did 18.1 kWh with 6.3 kWp. Batteries were mostly discharging and charging between 70-100% so I only bought 3 units for the day...

Maybe mowing the lawn during zero sun with a 3KW mower is not the best idea.... Damn inverter started shouting at me on Saturday.

I set the shut off voltage 1v higher to still allow me some Emergency reserve. even on the really dark cloudy day today the batteries are still fully charged from 3% capacity.

Best PV day since installation in August 2022. A bit too much reliant on Eskom, but the wife was baking before sunrise.

Quite a few rainy days. Also did not switch on the geyser when there was loadshedding while it was cloudy, so the geyser ran cooler on some days, hence the lower load:

There is a Bug on my Kodak. It reverts to grid when batteries are full and sun is shining.... I had to pull the breaker.

Definitely. No longer have to be paranoid about LS and set conservative percentages on the schedule, just use power as you normally would and use a geyser timer...
