Now this is looks like a worthwhile grind for me - I stopped doing Season's Journey because I simply couldn't be bothered with Set Dungeons anymore.

Finally a use for the useless Primal items you pick up along the way too.

Bad news though: I'm fairly sure the drop required for 19 seals ... comes from set dungeons :ROFL:

TBH though, some set dungeons are dead easy: Immortal King (Charge Barb or HotA), Arachyr and all of the Necro ones. (Maxroll lists more, but these are my go-to ones. There are some others I can also typically master in about 3 or 4 tries)

And there are 3 more that is a cakewalk with a friend (Inna, Raiment, Unhallowed)

If it's just completing 1 or 3, or 10 of any that you want then it'll probably be ok...as long as it's not all of them for your class or whatever.

That C upgrade is huge, you can just equip level 70 items on your new level 1 character and smash to max level very quickly.

Overall it looks like it could be fun, the bonuses seem quite large.
 
It looks like the season is launching this Friday, and most likely it's going to be the last one (after this everyone seems to just be expecting recycled/smaller content).
 
Been watching the videos from Raxx et al and it seems to be going out with a bang.

Lots of buffs to make life easier.
 
Will dust off my old battle net account to have 1 last go at D3 for this coming season.

Going to try out that new trap build
 
42 minutes to go... This will be a pleasant last hurrah I think!

I think I will go with a Tal wizard.
 
Do you guys REALLY start a new character everytime a season starts. Geez i never understood how one could go through that suffering everytime to get to 70. But then again I really only play public lobbies mostly. So cant really power level

You should play with some clan members to get powerlevelled.
However, this season it looks like you should be able to get yourself to level 70 within about half an hour if you do it right.

Yesterday was a mess, quite a bit of "server is busy" wait times.

Doesn't help that you have to exit the game and make a new game to crank up the difficulty...
 
I've upgraded my tree to the point where I need a challenge rift for the next one. The damage bonuses etc. are nice, but the auto pickup and salvage of white/blue/yellows and the auto pickup for db's are the best. Head for those nodes asap.
 
I've found more primals than Ramaladni's gifts so far this season, think 7 primals and 1 gift.

I really need gifts to push more...

Not found a single scream thingy yet.
Got a bit bored with the wizard thing and started rolling a DH... but the hydra wizard spoiled me for laziness. What an easy build :D
