Introducing the four crime cartels that have brought Eskom and South Africa to their knees

Incomplete and inaccurate article. Where is the 5th cartel, the ANC?

That is quite possibly the scariest thing I have read, my God. Sadly, I fear that this will never see the inside of a courtroom.
It can never see the inside of a courtroom, because we all know that if it did then pretty much the entire top end of the ANC would need to be in orange overalls.

As each day passes, I get more convinced that as a country we need to be investigating the re-activation of Robben Island for this lot.

Me too, but this time just launch a missle once they're there. Didn't some idiot say thay should all meet there for some historic indaba? Seems the most appropriate time to launch a freedom missle into that tiny spot of land.

State capture is in high gear, it's not surpising at all, since the criminal organisation parading as a political party responsibile for it is still running the country.

And at the start of the Zondo Commission, which cost billions, many of us said no prosecutions would follow.

Yep,
I have said this before,
All my opinions of course.
The ANC are the judge and jury. They own the police and the majority of the legal system. They can do as they please. Who is going to stop them?. They are literally the mafia now. They control and run everything. (Luckily everything they "run"they run pretty badly including organised crime)

People believe they "can" get voted out and call me crazy when I laugh at them. They can and will never be voted out. They won't allow this, one way or the other.
The Military is the only way (And who knows how captured they are). But up until someone with real man power takes a real stand against them. Everything that comes out against them will be sand in the wind. The whole ANC needs to be removed and placed under "investigation". Every single one of them. Trying to patch patch fix this issue won't work. They are simply too powerful.

One of the reasons for running the military down to an ineffective shadow of any military could be so that it cannot be used for a coup.

They definitely don't use "legal" cash. This is a vast money laundering operation. That cash comes from criminal activities. Drugs, illicit tobacco, alcohol and most possibly cash in-transit heists.
Remember the millions stashed in couches? That & places like Zuma's bunker (Gadaffi's billions anyone?) is where the cash comes from.

Which is really odd considering he was one of the members at CODESA that drew up the constitution.
Look who was also there..

So the article is quite shocking... but in some ways not a surprise, maybe just the structure and scale of it is new in a way.
As if the scale of the arms deal didn't set the tone for ANC government in the 90's already, we knew from then on already what the real character of the greedy ANC is.. but even today the few of us who said so are called racists, 'fighting for the right to discriminate' & 'longing for apartheid'. Well, chickens, chickens everywhere..

This, First Draft of the Constitution makes it even funnier, from that link...
The 63-page document was the culmination of 18 months of work by the Constitutional Assembly with Cyril Ramaphosa, secretary-General of the African National Congress (ANC), as Chairperson. Ramaphosa, called for constructive public comment on the draft constitution so that another round of negotiations could start to deal with the unresolved issues and changes.

I am curious now,

which entity is doing the investigation, and who appointed them to do the investigation, and whether any intelligence is being shared with state intelligence or the police?

You would share the intelligence with the police when they're part of the syndicate? You might find your body distributed over a large area of South Africa.

Our amazeballs Tourism minister, Lindiwe made the suggestion...

For me I think we can actually turn this lot into a money spinner for the country.
Reactivate Robben Island and send this lot there and put them in the cells... The only cell we should leave unoccupied would be Mandelas... then we can setup tours so people can see what Mandela had to endure, and there can be live demonstrations of the hard labour, and everyone can tour the cells and see the cretins in their cells.

This reminds me of the Browse Mole Report, much ado about nothing.
