Sort of related to this thread: this popped up in my Slashdot feed this morning (original source Wired) and it asks an intriguing question -- in a scenario where the Russo-Ukranian conflict goes nuclear, then given the current ban on nuclear testing, would those nuclear weapons actually work as intended?
