⚡️ China:​

A series of sudden anti-china actions from U.S. and allies. First – accusing China of Covid leak from laboratories. Second – U.S. vote on forbidding Tiktok. It seems that this is a warning to China against possible involvement in war through weapon supplies.

About 10k pro-Russian activists arrived in Moldova, trying to destabilize the government, while Transdnistria is building up defenses. Events in Moldova have started, and the number of actions that can be taken is limited.
Ukraine still offers its support in liberating Transdnistria, it’s up to Moldova to decide. It would be a huge blow to Russia, about 3 times harder than liberating Kherson.

⚡️ Nuclear arms reduction treaty:​

Russia stopped membership and is using it as blackmail. If there is a new arms race, U.S. military industry would be happy, while the Russian economy would fall apart. All of the latest Russian decisions are delirious and don’t make any sense.

No. I think Putin's 7-D plan of bleeding EU & US/UK of resources is being successful. Once they have no money, Russia will attack, conquer EU and then proceed to conquer UK and then US. I am not sure if he has any plans to rule Asia at this stage.

Fascinating how the same people that were previously shouting from the rooftops that Bakhmut will never fall and that it is critical for Ukraine to hold it are now the same ones that are crying that Bakhmut was never important and was just used to slow down Russia's new offensive. It was a useful meat grinder and reduced the capacity of Russia. I agree it was a meat grinder but not how the MSM has portrayed it. The Ukrainians took catastrophic losses due to Russian artillery. Much has already been said about the life expectancy in Bakhmut for any Ukrainian soldier being deployed there. A total waste of lives on both sides but it hasn't really done much in the way the MSM is now trying to portray it.

I've seen clips of Russian forces just sitting back at the moment waiting for the go ahead to start the new offensive. I've seen coloumns of armor and the Russian arms industry is producing a massive amount of ammunition, armor, vehicles, missiles, drones, support materials, etc. Russia is expecting a Spring offensive from Ukraine so they seem to be holding back primarily for this. I would be a little peeved if I was fighting in Bakhmut for the Ruskies and I heard that but the politicians these days play the long game primarily for themselves at the expense of the plebs.

Some rumors that I heard on the whole Transnistria episode is that on the 25th Feb Russia struck a training center where Ukrainian divers were being trained by British divers on how to use underwater drones. According to the rumor they were planning to strike the Black Sea fleet when Ukraine invaded Transnistria but that had to be shelved due to the strike. Sounds like it was a good sized ordinance that was used because it leveled the place. I haven't been able to find anything myself so I have no idea if there is any truth there but maybe somebody here heard of a strike about that date.

I enjoy these Russian Clancy'esque works of fiction (the story on Transnistria) you assimilate from the multitude of Russian propaganda sources you soak up on an hourly basis.

9 months of siege from a "world class army" that planned a 3 day war, is not the win you think it is. The losses on Ukraine have been terrible. The losses on Russia ? Even worse.

Go watch the videos on the Russian attack on Hostomel. Look at their equipment. Look at their uniform. Now go look at the troops in Bakhmut.
