Car prices have been on an upward trend for the better part of the last three years, but that seems to be coming to an end.

Here, the less cars dealers sell, the higher the prices go in any case...

Here the dealers will steal your used car and sell it for a absolute premium...

Insurers will only cover it for "book value", if that.
That price is not even on the same planet compared to what you buy the car for...

The entire industry is racketeering if you ask me...

Actually wanted to buy a car now, but decided not to. Like others have said I will just fix the bare minimum to keep the current vehicle on the road. When the wheels come off then I will deal with it.
