So you can arm someone who is high risk because they didn't shoot someone yet? Sounds a bit like the NRA logic. Arm the mass shooter, he's not a mass shooter yet...

Nah, they have tried planned "Shutdowns" before and it usually just ends up with a few hundred kfc eaters pitching. It's all and all a pretty useless party and a waste of everyone's time. Not even sure why they get news and tv airtime.
 
Looks like he's standing in front of a storage locker, my assumption being, that storage locker is full of a shipment of weapons they just received... all above board, legal and what not of course ;)
