In a response to a Promotion of Access to Information Act request by DA leader John Steenhuisen, SARS has confirmed that it could find no record of a declaration by Phala Phala buffalo buyer Hazim Mustafa, who claims he declared the $580 000.

Cyril Commie Neiss needs to go to jail. US Secret Services needs to investigate why the SA President had so many US Dollars stashed in his couch in his private residence. The Republicans needs to start pushing for Sanctions against South Africa or highly placed individuals in Government and the ANC.

Well, in all fairness, he did admit to bringing in the money, reporting it and paying it to Cyril. So, if this is the case, and SARS now found he did not report it, he did commit a crime himself.

I think at this point it is at least 60% of government employees and around 80% of the ANC that need some jail time.

These white oaks have set them up for failure in 1994 and corrupted them with these positions.... those presidents who were chased out early by the ANC should be happy. These positions are absolutely corrupting them like vrot fruit....
 
We all know nothing will happen, the ANC will have an internal meeting and say to Rami that he should not do (get caught) it again.

And we should no put this to rest as they dealt with it

Make a mistake and its SARS jail for you splinter boetie, but as expected not a peep against the chief with the tree in his eye.

On 5 March, SARS responded to Steenhuisen, stating that the tax service was satisfied that after it had taken reasonable steps to find the record, it concluded that the record either did not exist, or it could not be found.

Heat should be on both guys as guy that received it should have declared it as well.

In any case, I have been reading and it seems President has put enough distance between him & Phala phala farm as it is now managed by trust since 2014? Someone needs to dig if that is true.
