Strikers at Pelonomi Hospital in Bloemfontein armed with sjamboks as frazzled, terrified doctors warn that patients will die

I see this Nehawu chap claims that there is no violence or intimidation, but that would mean that all other incidents are unrelated, no?

And in KZN striking nurses tried attack an ambulance and try to remove a critically ill child.

Said it before, these things belong to a sub human species.

Judge rules in favour of provincial department against intimidation and violence by striking Nehawu members

A labour court judge has ruled in favour of the Free State department of health against acts of intimidation and the prevention of nurses and others from going to work, in the ongoing National Health Education and Allied Workers Union (Nehawu) strike.

The provincial health department approached the high court in Bloemfontein after acts of violence by striking members of the union. The members had joined the industrial strike on Monday due to collapsed wage negotiations.

On Wednesday morning, Judge Johannes Daffue ordered that Nehawu was prohibited from "doing anything which directly or indirectly obstructs or impedes access to and from the health facilities, whether movable or immovable and regardless of the owner thereof".

Nehawu members are also prohibited from barricading entrances or buildings, and assaulting, threatening or intimidating any member of staff, employees, contractors or patients.

NEHAWU is nowhere, then suddenly they burst back on to the scene with this wage dispute?

Then I read their strike announcement:

Public Service Strike Update:

The execution order by the state delivered by the labour court on 06 March 2023 has also been appealed by NEHAWU therefore the strike remains protected. The Strike continues tomorrow, 7th MARCH 2023. Aluta continua!

Aluta continua... who else plays with that 'struggle' phrase?

Iemand kweek.

There will be many more orchestrated strikes to come between now and the elections. The populace is in turbulent territory now, the state should better ensure that the ride will be bearable.

The riots set the maximum threshold, anything less is now considered small fry and to some extent, tolerable and part of daily life..

Ambulance carrying injured child attacked by striking KZN healthcare workers

And at this point, this is no longer a strike, these "protesters" must be put down in my opinion... The police need to do their jobs at this point. (Yes I know they won't because they're too po3s scared to actually do what is necessary)

This needs to get onto the overseas media services so that they can see what SA has become in only 30 years.
