Would be way faster than an hour.

Takes a couple minutes to get to 190 feet and since you don't need to decompress it only takes about 6 minutes to get to the surface again.

So more like 15 minutes total under water for 5 minutes at depth.

You could stay down for 20 minutes, then you'd need 35 minutes for the ascent and that would still put you in the 1 hour window.

Time needed to find the pipe and plant the explosives at an accessible place in the hypothermic temperatures, bad visibility and swift currents of the Baltic within the 5 -6 minutes bottom time?

It literally hasn't even started. How do we know? Because Ukraine even thinks so lmao
Why do you think Ukraine has been keeping their tanks back for a month now.

Wait you didn't think Ukraine was being super amazingly good at using their tanks, did you...

You mean using Russia's tanks?

It's calculated that "over half of Ukraine's currently fielded tank fleet may be captured vehicles from the Russians." Above, a local resident rides past an abandoned Russian tank marked Z in ...

What nobody is considering is that the Baltic is very cold, has swift current, bad visibility and bad weather.

And referencing the outlier diver that did his deep dive in perfect conditions after months of preparation does not mean anybody can do it.
Valid points which I glossed over but I would put the divers doing this in the same boat as the lone infantry man defending his foxhole against an IFV, the mission is more important and the risks are acceptable.

I made a mistake. I didn't take into account all of NATO sending equipment lmao

Oops.

It's only arriving a year after you made that statement. Except for some artillery and HIMARS of which the Russians destroyed twice many before they even arrived.

Every time I try to talk about actual strategy and tactics, all I get is memes.

Why even bother.

The thread is literally just a dumping ground for Ukrop simps to post tweets to make themselves feel better.

Putting people on ignore is gay. Just laugh at him. Meme on him. Dunk on him.

This was you in post #101 of this thread?

Russia still being in control of the areas that have Ukraine's gas and mineral reserves, is still pretty significant. You know, the reason that the EU wants Ukraine.

Not the reason Russia invaded Ukraine?

Well in that case I will do you one better and take multiple hits for the team. Ukraine is f-d long term and will disintegrate as soon as the war stops and foreign aid dries up.... they NEED Russia to lose and pay reperations to stay afloat but even that probably wont be enough to stave off civil war.

Same thing I said a year ago.

What developments did you see from a year ago?

The ones that the EU court blocked the EU from issuing because it's against international law to seize assets of a country and then use the proceeds of those assets to fund the enemy of those assets' country without also paying the owner of those assets...?

Those ones?

Source?

I don't not post a link by itself, I posted media which has a title and thumbnail both of which summarise what the video is about.

A title is not a summary. You are required to post a summary. And post the length of the video and timestamps that are relevant. I don't have the time to watch an entire video to find out its rubbish. I can skim-read. I can't skim-watch.

Nord Stream report is an attempt to ‘divert attention’, says Kremlin

The Kremlin says reports on the Nord Stream pipeline attacks are a coordinated effort to divert attention.
“Obviously, the authors of the attack want to divert attention. Obviously, this is a coordinated stuffing in the media,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told the state RIA news agency.
“How can American officials assume anything without an investigation?”
Peskov also said that Nord Stream shareholder countries should insist on an urgent, transparent investigation.
“We are still not allowed in the investigation. Only a few days ago we received notes about this from the Danes and Swedes,” Peskov said.
“This is not just strange. It smells like a monstrous crime.”

Valid points which I glossed over but I would put the divers doing this in the same boat as the lone infantry man defending his foxhole against an IFV, the mission is more important and the risks are acceptable.

And the outcomes of both scenarios are likely the same.

EU foreign policy chief suggests bloc spend 1 billion euros on ammunition

EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said he had suggested that the bloc spend one billion euros ($1.054 bn) for the joint procurement of ammunition for Ukraine and refill their stockpiles.
“I propose to mobilise another billion euros,” he told reporters after a meeting of EU defence ministers in Stockholm.

I literally just said (in the post that you just replied to) that you could stay down for 20 minutes and still be back on the boat within an hour of getting in the water.

Why on earth would you make an elaborate plan to plant explosives 190 feet deep in the ocean but then restrict yourself to doing it in 5 minutes?

It's called a wet-suit, navigation equipment and planning. You drop down up-stream and let the current take you to the pipeline after you've reached the bottom. You use hooks and rope to anchor yourself to the seabed. This would be a fairly basic operation.
