In the private sector whistleblowing is anonymous for the most part. ANC doesn't offer anonymity. Instead they offer bullets or coffee.

To be fair, you are talking nonsense, the anonymity has nothing to do with being in the private or public sector, it is governed by law and applies everywhere, the whistleblower is still free to have their identity revealed if they wish so.

All accounted for where? Because it's the books that matters, if it's not in there it is not accounted for, De Ruyter and the Eskom management as well as the auditors should account for.
