Nearly a month between Russia's last big missile attack on Ukraine and this week's one... Presumably to build some Iskanders and a lucky pack of other missiles, you know, 'cos they're running low... Maybe they still have something left to shoot, but who knows.

USA themselves admit S-400 is the most advanced air defense in existence (apart from S-500 that is), why do you think they sanctioned China's new minister of defense when he bought them from Russia? Why did they threaten deals with Turkey when Turkey made a S-400 deal as well?

and let's not forget hypersonic missiles ... only one country on earth has ANY hypersonics used in battle ... USA is still in the tender process for that ...

We could say this and that about Russian or Iranian paid for shills stirring things up in Israel but we don't. Because Israelis have a real grievance. But when it's a Russian satellite with equal grievences, suddenly it's US paid for shills. You see what I'm saying? Catch my drift?

That B-52, B1 and B2 is the thing that is going to murder your modern air defence all from outside its range. Its just the same tactic the Russian have used with their bomber fleet the entire war thus far.
Go and find the B2 vs simulated airfield demonstration video for reference.
 
I should also note that the blue print for ripping apart a modern air defence exists in the Iraq invasions and it started with AH-64s.

S-400 range is ~400km, working in divisions of launchers with multiple hundreds of missiles

the only thing a B-52 carries with longer range than that is AGM-86 cruise missiles, of which it can only carry about 12 and their max speed is only a 5th of the S-400 missiles coming for them

i.e. no, a B-52 cannot strike an S-400 from outside of its range, it has very few missiles capable of even travelling that far and they are slow, it would be a different story to have those missiles fly at very low altitude ... but that's not what a B-52 is used for in the first place

it is primarily a bomber after all, and the impressive payload of bombs it carries have a pitiful range ... they're bombs, not missiles

Iraq didn't have anything even in the same decade of development as modern air defense

even now they're trying their level best to acquire S-400

Nope, not the B-52! You either have to be stealth (B2) or low and fast (B1). The B-52 comes in later and a single B-52 as @greg0205 stated is a sitting duck and would be lucky to take out someone on the ground on its way down after being hit. (hence my kamakaze-ing comment).
