SA is different, they do try it here but because of the general incompetence of our wonderful institutions..... it's really hodgepodge how far they get. Even with government actively attempting to brainwash the youth since 1994 into Marxism..... I would actually be interested in someone doing a proper study of some kind of the results because in my limited experience all I see is a range of bubbles having formed that fight with each other.
