Dis-Chem’s no-whites debacle – why people are angry

I started supporting Dischem for being honest about following racist BEE policies. Clicks does the same but hides it.

Better to educate all South Africans well so that they're competing on a more even playing field in a healthy economy hungry for workers. Do that and you won't need racial quotas. Black folks will end up in positions everywhere.

Racial quotas aren't needed period. It's intellectually lazy to look at poverty and split it into racial groups.

The reality is that more black people per capita don't have the benefits of being raised in a comfortable home and had access to decent schooling than white people. However more and more white people are starting to suffer the same demise. The solution is to fix the situation for all people living in those conditions. Not only black people.

Social justice lays its roots in lazy approaches to real problems and the people practicing it self indulge in their own emotional needs by calling themselves intellectuals. I don't see anything smart with separating people into racial groups and have your policies based on that.
 
Karens (like zulucat) who think there are too many white employees somewhere and where the racial scales need to be balanced probably also have the same issues going to their local supermarket/restaurant etc where all employees are black. No balanced scales there.
 
They must love Salzman. It would have been much cheaper and righteous to fire him. That would have appeased the people.

Think about it, why is it wrong for white goivernment to discriminate by race, but not when black government do it?

And the NP wasn't democratic, the ANC is supposed to be..

He is the founder and started the company, who would fire him
