The Game Screenshots Thread™

That VNC building is an absolute nightmare :( Did you find the developer's room? I haven't but I've seen someone found it, theres a YT vid somewhere.

Man I can't wait for Dead Island 2.
Yeah just made my way to the top of the VNC building yesterday. Was a lot of fun actually. Only fell to my death twice while admiring the views :p

Will share some VNC pics this weekend.

No idea what the developer's room is. Will check it out on youtube. Taking my time with this game and loving it all. Never played Dead Island games but Dying Light is incredible so will have to try their other games sometime as well.

@wbot what GPU are you running?
Geforce RTX 3050 8gb. One of the cheaper ones but so far I can play everything on ultra/max with no issues so no complaints.

Will see how something like Hogwarts runs soon.

Sorry for posting so many pics

Making my way up to the top of the tallest building in Villedor:

Finally made it to the west coast of America. Not sure if that means I'm near the end of Death Stranding or not. Also not sure if I want to go back to try for 100% or if it's worth it.

Whiteouts make things pretty damn challenging. Literally can't see anything and you don't know if you're about to fall off a mountain or not lol. Lost my last truck that way :(

Finished the DC version on pc this weekend. I put in some heavy grind early on so probably will go back for 100% as I'm not far off.

I thought the game was great in terms of environments/graphics and some of the carrying/delivery mechanics. Some of the best moments were during the pioneering phases when breaking new ground. The story I found strangely interesting and compelling enough to want to find out more - but at the same time a bit wtf, even at the end.

I played on hard which was fine but if I were to recommend, I'd say play it "offline" (I believe this is possible?) for more of a challenge and immersion. The whole game lends itself to being isolated and alone in the world but seeing all these random structures built in odd places got a bit much - along with those annoying signs. I found maybe 10% of them to be useful and am convinced many are purely built for "likes" - like a bridge placed on perfectly flat ground on the only foot path 2m away from a shelter's perimeter.

All in all though, NO RAGRETS.

Yeah I finished the game but not 100%. Game became a bit too boring and repetitive/grindy for my liking. Still a good game though but it's not what I thought it would be.

I still think for 2016, and even now, Mankind Divided is a very good looking game.
Haven't played MD yet. Last Deus Ex for me was Human Revolution which I found a bit boring. Not the biggest Deus Ex fan.

Will you get DS2?

I was the same. You have to power through the first mission or two of HR. Make sure you get the original one with the piss filter. Not the new one with the harsh blue lighting.

What's actually boring? The gameplay? If yes, then there's nothing that can be done for that.

Noticing older titles more lately, colourful joy seems to be replaced with perpetual wet gloodmy shiny darkness in most titles nowadays
Nintendo has to lean on colourful contrasting palettes and stylised graphics considering the hardware that has to power their games.
It's not a bad thing. I mean, it's the reason games like World of Warcraft lasted so long with its graphics.
Or even Team Fortress 2. Torchlight. Anno 1404. Even Borderlands 2 still looks nice.
