Need help with Efergy hub & transmitter

Good day Everyone.
I hope i will get the answers that i need here.
So a while back I purchased an Efergy Engage Hub with a transmitter.

I installed everything, registered on line and the thing was working wonderfully.

Since then, I had some work done on my DB Box, and I misplaced the Transmitter.

I also purchased 2 additional transmitters.

The problem is, I can not get my additional transmitters to connect with my hub.

The hub is online and seems to work 100%, I just can not get my additional transmitters to connect.

Can anyone out their help?

I did try the Efergy support but they are extremely slow to respond.

Jip, i have tried that about 50 times.
The scan does not pick up my additional transmitters

Buy a Classic model for each DB... never had this problem with the classic model, but then its receiver is paired with one transmitter only.

Ye buying a new model is the easy way out. However, i have already purchased the Hub.

Hi Chriz1, did you get you problem solved? I also had this stopping of the data. They managed to restarted it again, but now its not working anymore. My problem started before the 1year warranty expired. It look to me its a problem with all the "Efergy Hub's" to stop sending the data and I feel not to bye a new one. Please let me know if you found a solution for the problem. Regards

What else would I need apart from the above kit to get going? Or does it have everything? I don't see anything about a clamp in the pictures.

I have the old hub kit. but in the picture on Geewiz site there is a clamp so you should be good.

Ah right, thanks - should have thought to zoom in. Hi-res laptop screen couldn't quite make out what that thing was.

Alternatively, does anyone who recently went solar have an unused Efergy kit that they'd be willing to sell me? (Maybe I'll put an ad in the Classifieds Wanted section.)
