The AM car looks really good in FA's hands, kinda feel sorry for my red team at the moment. In the end, well done to the AM for winning the appeal using rules that were made by people who don't understand it themselves.

The regulations need plain and clearer language and standardisation across the board. Car may not be "worked on" is interpreted as don't touch. Parc Ferme rules post race state "No intervention of any kind" which is interpreted as don't touch. Why the heck don't they just make the rules say "don't touch" then. How they can have such an ignorant bunch in charge of interpreting the rules to start with is beyond me. Sanity prevailed fortunately.
Any reasonable person will understand that touching is not working on. If you don't want it touched, then you have to be specific.... And that's not hard at all. If he drives into the lolliop man does that count as the lollipop man touching the car?The regulations need plain and clearer language and standardisation across the board. I agree but the stewards aren't exactly known for objective interpretation of the rules in recent times. It's evident that stewards need to either have regulatory training or there needs to be some form of assistance to stewards to ensure their enforcements are reasonably within the regulations.Any reasonable person will understand that touching is not working on. Probably also still the teams using undue influence.I agree but the stewards aren't exactly known for objective interpretation of the rules in recent times. Apply an AI.... there needs to be some form of assistance to stewards to ensure their enforcements are reasonably within the regulations.
This ^ 100%Probably also still the teams using undue influence.
Because the rules aren't written for commoners like us and have to cover loopholes? If you say "don't touch" they'll start making remote or automated adjustments to get around it.The regulations need plain and clearer language and standardisation across the board. Haha, it looked like Jossie was already drafting a blog post there!Max's dad not happy for the team's 1-2? Or, for him, a 2-1? Not cool
Even Max's trainer/physio (at the back) is happy for Checo.

I'm sure they can come up with something - it's their job after all. "Worked on" isn't exactly covering loopholes either which is evident by the reversal.Because the rules aren't written for commoners like us and have to cover loopholes? Every man for himself it seems.Max's dad not happy for the team's 1-2? Or, for him, a 2-1? Not cool

He knows well enough that the combination of talent, the car and a bit of luck is all that's needed to unsettle Max's dominance especially early on in the season.Every man for himself it seems.

Checo is an average driver at best, he is no match for Max and everybody knows it. Don't overrate his abilities because he has the best car, just check his nr of races and results. Did we all watch the same race where Checo started 1st and Max 15th? And he ender just a few seconds behind him?He knows well enough that the combination of talent, the car and a bit of luck is all that's needed to unsettle Max's dominance especially early on in the season.
You're not exactly light on vulgar insults for someone who is triggered easily. What a sad ****. Almost feel sorry for Max.
So it's just the car then? Cool.Checo is an average driver at best, he is no match for Max and everybody knows it. Nobody cares if Checo have a good race or two during a season.
Don't believe me, go listen to the tone of Christian Horner's voice when congratulating Checo for the win on the radio and when congratulating Max for his 2nd place.
