Well, even just a Jamnadas and Gwede vetvok are enough to cripple us. Also, it seems the chairman and the new minister of electricity are contradicting one another. The minister believes there are no issues of corruption, only technical problems. So who's meant to resolve loadshedding, chairman or minister?

My thoughts, a 100 corrupt individuals could cripple this firm. If they network across the right departments.
Can be ten individuals if they're all C-suite execs.

So what are they trying to say at least 20% 1/5 of the workforce is without a doubt corrupt?
  • Between 70% and 80% of Eskom’s 42,000 employees are engaged in some sort of corrupt activity.
"fraud and corruption are the power utility’s biggest problems."

This is not so because they make it the entire county problem...

True, however their seems to be a continuous narrative which is pin-pointing corruption on power plants. This would require minimum of a buyer (procurement) and technical staff (manager who approves) and/or engineer who recommends. On each plant there is a hand full of people who are enabling this as previously mentioned in the Daily Maverick article.
