Honestly what is the point of this clown? Minister of electricity? What value is he when there are still Minister of Enterprises and Minister of Energy?

Its funny, as the big corps are the only ones with the power to stop the madness.

Withholding tax in an Escrow account it all that's needed to force the ANC to shape up or ship out.

Having gigawatts of backup power mean fsckall when there is no network connectivity or staff available to do the work.
