Apple services erratic and irritating - Just me or anyone else?

For about a week now, Apple streaming on the AppleTV is just completely irritating me and I don't know if its my ISP or home router setup or something else. So reaching out to see if anyone else has a problem?

The strange part is that Prime, YouTube and Netflix - on the AppleTV Device - all work 100%. But AppleTV Series or Movies just constantly fails to stream, it goes pixelated, then clear, then pixelated then clear all the time. Every 5-10 minutes it just stops playing altogether and buffers. My ISP is Cool Ideas and i'm on a 1Gbps line. I tried switching to 1080p from 4k - same effect.

Anyone else got streaming issues with Apple media from iTunes Movies, Series or AppleTV+?

Nope, can’t say I’ve had any problems.

Been watching Shrinking, Ted Lasso, Liaison and Extrapolation.

Hmmm weird. I don't know whether its ISP or Wifi lol. Doesn't leave me with much to troubleshoot.

Download Apple TV for your laptop, if it still bombs out try use a VPN and test.

Not sure if ATV will detect the VPN and not work at all.
