Xiaomi has Dual Apps.

You will have to get Tim Apple's permission first. But he probably won't allow it on an old second hand iPhone anyways.

It’s available within WhatsApp already though. Settings > arrow next to your name > Add account

I use Beeper. I link the second number to the Beeper app. Only problem is that you can't get calls on the Beeper app, but everything else works well

Still invite only and will probably cost money when it comes out of preview. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/honeycomb-workspaces/id1553111584?platform=iphone works fine for me until app sideloading becomes a thing sooner rather than later.
